Sound healing is an ancient practice that employs the vibration of musical instruments as well as the human voice to evoke healing and well-being in the body, mind and spirit. Everything in the natural world is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water and are ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences.

Through the use of sacred sound vibrations, such as singing bowls, tuning forks, and vocal toning, you will discover the profound impact that sound can have on your consciousness, emotions, and your energetic being.

The harmonious resonance of sound is a potent tool for guiding you into states of deep relaxation, inner peace, and spiritual awakening. A sound healing treatment usually lasts an hour.

You will lie down on the floor and be offered a blanket and a lavender eye mask. Before we begin we will explore any specific intention you may have for the session to help you clear your mind and feel deeply relaxed.

Benefits can include; Assisting you on your healing path; clearing discordant energy from your system, clarity of mind, better sleep pattern, a greater sense of well-being and removing any mental and emotional blocks.

When listening to the sounds your body will enter a parasympathetic state - one where your body can rest and repair.

Cancellation policy If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment, then a £25 fee will be uncured per hour of my time booked to you or within 24 hours of the appointment full payment will be expected. Exceptions to this will be made in cases of genuine illness of yourself or a dependant. By booking an appointment with me you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1-hour session £55.

Gift vouchers are available. These are great presents for family and friends. These can be personalised and can begin from £10 if you would prefer to give a discount to the treatment. These vouchers can be sent via email or post.

Regular Rewards: For regular bookings, I offer a £15 discount when a course of 4 treatments is booked and paid in advance. (This would not include an initial consultation). Combination offer: When you book 2 different treatments for 2 separate hour treatments I offer a £10 discount.
